Stage2Amaze Home Staging Services…
Consultation and walk through
This is where the transformation begins. Our first meeting is to discuss your goals, expectations and the staging process. Together we walk through each room as a buyer and gather information for the staging day. This will include a demonstration of staging a room; a powder room, bath or foyer, with before and after pictures for you to keep. We will then discuss a staging plan to fit your needs.
“Top Ten” Priority Report
This plan is for the homeowner that is well on their way to being staged, or the do-it-yourself homeowner that needs some ideas and guidance to complete the transformation. This customized report focuses on the top ten items the homeowner should do right away to get top dollar for their home.
Complete Action Plan
A customized action plan to add to any of the staging plans, or for the do-it yourself homeowner. This customized plan covers all areas of your home and includes “do-it-yourself” guides for various projects.
Half Day Staging or Redesign
This plan is for the home that needs a little extra attention, is under 2,000 square feet and a homeowner who wants additional expertise from Stage2Amaze Home Staging and Redesign. We will spend up to 4 hours working on the main items from our walk through action report created during the consultation. The half day plan includes before and after photos for your agent marketing efforts.
Full Day Staging or Redesign
This plan is for a home over 2,000 square feet and a homeowner who wants additional expertise. The same as the half day plan, only we spend up to 8 hours to transform your home.
New Listing or Open House Weekend
The ideal plan for the home that is about to go on the market or have an open house weekend. We will spend two full days transforming your home into a buyers’ dream and great first impression. Stage2Amaze Home Staging and Redesign will work off the Action plan, which will be given to the homeowner and will include before and after photos for the agent to use in their marketing efforts. We will transfer your home inside, and out for curb appeal.
Vacant Home Staging
This plan offers the seller the opportunity to add interest to the home. We meet with the homeowner and agent to walk through the home and map out furniture and accessories needs, as well as the homeowner’s budget. Stage2Amaze Home Staging and Redesign will then determine which pieces will be used to showcase your home. Stage2Amaze owns all of its own furniture and accessories, and does not rent from other suppliers. We store everything in our warehouse. If we need a particular item to complete a house, we purchase it new. By owning our inventory, we are able to pass the savings on to you and remain competitive on price. We will spend the day at your home to coordinate the delivery and placement of the pieces, adding accessories and home furnishings to complete the look (these items include bed linens, pillows, table décor, etc.) An additional day will be spent at the home once it is sold and the home needs to de-staged. We minimize the seller’s involvement, while maximizing their return.
Home Shopping Service: Accessories provided by Stage2Amaze Home Staging and Redesign are available for purchase, or the homeowner can choose our shopping service. We know where to go and get designer discounts, a savings that we pass on to you.
“Interior Redesign is a great way to get a new look for your home quickly and affordably. We take a room from blah to beautiful in just one day.”
What is Interior Redesign?
Redesign is the art of using what you already have to transform your rooms, without the need to purchase new furnishings. We will use your furniture, rugs, artwork and accessories in fresh new ways to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects your personality and lifestyle.
Redesign adheres to accepted interior design principles, but it is a more affordable (and quicker) alternative to “start from scratch” interior decorating, because it is not focused on buying new furnishings in order to achieve the desired effect. Instead, we focus on making the most of what you already have.
Interior Redesign might be for you if…
•You’re frustrated that your room just doesn’t feel “finished”.
•You’ve tried rearranging things and can’t seem to get the right look.
•You’ve purchased a new home and need to make your old furniture fit.
•You’ve acquired new things to add to your décor over time, but the room doesn’t feel cohesive or balanced.
•Your kids are grown up and it’s time for a new look.
How Does the Redesign Process Work?
We begin by getting to know you and your goals and frustrations about the rooms of your house. We will ask you things like: who lives in the house, do you entertain a lot, what are your style preferences and favorite colors.
We will walk through the house with you, gathering your impressions about each room: how it is used, how it makes you feel and what are your most and least favorite things about the room.
We will then go to work applying our design expertise and creativity, rearranging things and shopping the house for items to complete each room. Once we have completed the room makeover, we will, if you desire, provide additional suggestions of changes to make (e.g., paint color, new flooring) or items to purchase to further enhance how the space looks and feels.
You will be amazed at the transformation we can make to your home in just a few hours of redesign!
